how to create a weekly study schedule

If you want to be organized and aim to achieve success at school or work efficiently, you'll need to make a study timetable. The timetable can be weekly, monthly or daily based. Here is how you can create a weekly study timetable. Scheduling how to study and what to study can help you to achieve the best out of what you learn. This includes prioritizing your subjects and dividing your chapters accordingly. This will also help you to prepare for your upcoming exams.

How to schedule a weekly study

First you'll need to have a clear picture of when you can actually study. Some people can study more effectively in the evening or nights while other people like to study in the mornings.
Choose your time to study. Then you'll need to give enough breaks in between to refresh your mind while you are studying. Print a template for your study or create one on your own. Try to make it a little pretty by adding some colors to motivate your brain to follow it.
After creating the schedule, you should motivate yourself to follow it and achieve success. After you have created the timetable place it somewhere you always read it . After finishing your homework, have something to eat , get plenty of water and find a peaceful place to sit . Grab your timetable and start off with your study. Remember to stay focused.

Toxic habits that you should quit now for a better life. Quit these habits and lead a better life!

1. Unhealthy diet
You are what you eat! What you eat is central to our health. If you eat less or more, if you eat too much junk and what doesn't give the required nutrients, you will become overweight or underweight. Having wrong eating habits can invite many diseases and disorders. If you are such an unhealthy eater, quit this habit to maintain a healthy body.

2.Desire to spend a lot
If you spend too much of your income, its toxic for you. If you spend a lot on what is not needed, you are overspending and not saving. Whatever you earn should be spent on what is needed and can also be spent on what is appropriate according to your incomes. If you are not saving, you are not securing your future. You can't predict your future. If you save, it'll prove to be very helpful in emergencies.

3.Procrastination
If you procrastinate a lot, you are wasting your precious time and will blow your opportunities. When you procrastinate or put off any of your works, its toxic for you. Most of the time when you procrastinate, you forget the things and the work never gets done.

4.Negative thoughts and negative people.
You should never think negative or spread negativity. Feeling sad about everything is very toxic for you. There's no point of crying over the spilled milk when you can't change it. Always think positive and strive to do better in life. Also stay away from negative people. No matter how positive you are, being around negative people can harm you. Negative people spread negativity because they don't want you to succeed. Negativity is poisonous and contagious so it is something to fix!

5.Staying up late at night.
Staying up late at night decreases your productivity for the next day. Waking up early in the morning becomes impossible when you stay up late at night. Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy and wise is a very appropriate quote. You should make a habit to sleep early and rise early to achieve success and increase productivity.

study routine to follow daily. Everyday study routine.

Everyone knows that last minute study never works. Cramming all your portions in the last moment or staying up one whole night cramming your lessons will never yield success in your exams. So, the only solution to this is to study daily. If you study everyday, it can prove to be a great help during your exams. Even though you most probably will not remember more than 80 per cent of what you have learnt, revising the overall topic will make you ready for your exams. So, here is how you can create an ideal study routine to follow everyday.

1. Set a goal-

Have a goal to at least complete learning the topics taught on that particular day. If you study the topics taught on that particular day, you will be ready to understand and learn the next day's topic which will be the continuation of the topic you just learnt. So, that will be very easy at the time of your exams.

2.Set a timer-

Since you are studying on a daily basis, you are going to learn every subject. Try setting timers for each subject so that you will exactly know how much time you have spent studying each subject. You can set up timers according to the time needed for each subject. For example, if math is difficult for you, you can set a timer of an hour for math and 30 minutes for other subjects. This way you can prioritize the subjects you are weak in.

3.Write and study for math-

If you have a math exam coming up, you can concentrate more on math when you are studying, you have to practice each and every problem.First understand the concept, then try doing it on your own and match your answers. This way you will be able to solve an question that comes up in your examination.

4.Prepare for your upcoming exams-

If you have an exam coming up next month, don't wait to study a week before exams. You can start studying for your exams, while studying your daily topics.Go in the reverse order of your timetable.
For example, if your timetable is in this order- English, Math, History and Geography, start studying for Geography. After geography, history then math and then English. This way a week before your exams you will be studying English. You can continue studying English until your next exam. This way you will be prepared for your exams.
